Executive Coaching

One-to-one coaching for senior leaders and executives navigating organisational complexity, career transitions, or personal challenges such as resilience-building. Sessions provide a confidential space to pause, reflect and rediscover clarity, enabling leaders to act with integrity and impact.

Common themes I support:

How I deliver:

  • Single-issue coaching (3 x 60 min sessions) for a specific challenge or short-term goal

  • Transformational coaching (10-12 hours) for leadership growth, behavioural change or transitioning into a new role

Leadership Development and Training

Designing and delivering bespoke leadership programmes for organisations, from one-day workshops to multi-month interventions. My programmes combine evidence-based theory with experiential learning, and embodied practices to build presence and confidence.

Examples include:

Communication & Presence: A hands-on workshop (often in partnership with theatre practitioners) to enhance confidence, body language, and connection with your audience.

Business Partnering: A series of online modules exploring change, psychological safety, MBTI, conflict resolution, and leading through ambiguity.

Other Programmes: Developing high-performing teams, coaching skills for managers and feedback and resilience training.

Team Coaching and Facilitation

Facilitating leadership teams and cross-functional groups to improve collaboration, trust and performance. Rebecca works with teams to surface underlying dynamics, strengthen relationships and align around shared goals.

Coaching Supervision

Providing reflective space for coaches, facilitators and HR practitioners to continue their personal learning, reflect on ethical challenges, and feel supported in their roles. This is done while exploring their practice, strengthening their presence, and attending to their own development.
