My Story
I work with leaders, teams, HR professionals and coaches to help them find clarity, build trust and navigate complexity with courage. I believe the most effective leadership starts from a place of self-awareness and connection, with ourselves and with others.
I began my career in HR, where I saw first-hand the powerful impact leadership can have – both when it’s done well and when it falls short. I spent years on the front lines of organisations, supporting professionals and executives whilst also managing the expectations and ambitions of the business.
My experience gave me a unique insight into the challenges leaders face: the tension between delivering results and creating environments where people can thrive.
It’s a perspective I carry into my work today. Over the past two decades, I’ve supported organisations across sectors and cultures – from global consultancies to housing associations and NGOs. I bring a balance of structure and intuition, holding the bigger system in mind while paying close attention to the human dynamics in the room.
Clients often tell me they value my ability to create a space where they can pause, think deeply and have the conversations that matter most, even when they’re difficult.
My background includes leadership development, team facilitation and coaching supervision. I also collaborate with theatre practitioners to bring embodiment and presence into leadership development.

I’m a leadership coach, facilitator and supervisor, accredited since 2008, with 20+ years’ experience in organisational development. Working internationally with senior leaders and teams, my approach helps to build trust, navigate complexity and lead with integrity. As an ICF accredited coach (PCC) and supervisor, I bring a warm, intuitive and evidence-based approach to my work.
