Here are the people I collaborate with to deliver some projects

Yda Bouvier

Yda Bouvier is an executive coach working with leaders in global organisations. Since 2008 Yda and I have been inspired to find deep ways of working with our clients using neuroscience and systems theory.

So much of what affects organisations and blocks progress comes from invisible norms and patterns we don’t notice. Yda and I create learning programs that go beyond the obvious to enable deeper awareness that brings transformation.

We create bespoke workshops, programmes, team days and coaching that:

  • Help leaders to understand complex and confusing cultures shaping people’s working behaviours.

  • Improve the climate of organisations and teams by supporting and empowering leaders to see hard-to-spot relational norms that can frustrate their best work.

  • Develop long-term relationships with teams and leaders that shape their culture in life-giving and profitable/fulfilling ways.

Yda holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University. She is a PCC certified coach and teaches at the BA International Coaching Academy (ACTP accreditation). Earlier in her career, Yda spent over ten years with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Rachel Griffiths

Rachel is a participatory theatre maker, facilitator, and communication coach. Together, Rachel and I work with clients to develop presence and impact using theatre techniques.

93% of our message is communicated through body language and voice. Rachel and I help clients communicate with clarity and confidence by delivering practical, experiential programmes that work on connecting the whole body, breath and content.

These workshops will:

  • Raise awareness of how stress affects your body, voice, and gravitas.

  • Teach practical exercises to connect with the body, breath, and voice.

  • Provide techniques for moving focus from self to others.

  • Explore ways to connect with your audience.

  • Offer the opportunity to rehearse for an upcoming meeting or presentation in a supportive setting.

Rachel has over 25 years of experience making theatre of social change with marginalised communities. She has 10 years experience working in the business sector across a range of senior, international clients and business schools. She trained in Paris at the world-renowned L’École Internationale de Théâtre, Jacques Lecoq.
